The following steps for CSEET registration:
Step 1: Type www.icsi.edu in the browser, then click “Online Services” and “Register for CSEET”.
Step 2: Click “Proceed to CSEET registration” after ticking the required boxes.
Step 3: Enter the Basic Information.
Step 4: Fee Details.
Step 5: Submit Mandatory Documents.
Step 6: Application preview & Click on “Confirm Application”
Step 7: Choose the payment method, then press the Next button.
Step 8: Generation of the Transaction Id – Record the Transaction Id for later use.

After graduation you can skip the foundation level and enter the executive level. If you have registered after feb 2020. Then you have to do CSEET.

Company Secretary or Company Secretaryship
Once you registered in ICAI, the books will be sent to you through postal.
CS referes to Company Secretary or Company Secretaryship. A candidate who has passed the Professional level of the ICSI program can apply for enrolling himself as an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) and a person who has gained sufficient experience as a professional CS and has been an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) for at least 5 years can become Fellow Company Secretary (FCS).
First Step: Understand the Concept and practise all the questions and problems.
Second step: Workout past five years of question papers of CS.
Third step: Before appearing the exams, test yourself by writing some mock test papers.
Yes, CA Final and CMA Final passed students can do Company Secretary (CS) Course. They can skip CS Foundation and CSEET Level and directly get into the CS Executive level
There are 21 subjects in 3 levels of CS Course.

ICSI conducts the exams in June and December every year. The exams in 2020 might be delayed due to coronavirus lockdown.
For May exams, 31st Dec of the previous year is the last date for registration
For Nov exams, 30th June is the last date for registration.
