The CS Professional Programme is the final and most advanced stage of the Company Secretary course under ICSI.


It focuses on strategic governance, drafting & representation, compliance management, restructuring, valuation and electives aligned to emerging areas like ESG.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AFTER CS PROFESSIONAL

After clearing Professional and completing training, candidates can apply for Associate Membership of ICSI and use the designation ACS.


Career roles include Company Secretary, Compliance Head, Secretarial Auditor, Governance Consultant and board advisory roles.

Pass CS Executive to register for CS Professional.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 months Practical Training
  • 15 days EDP
  • 15 days MSOP

Training can be done in listed companies, practicing CS firms, corporate legal and compliance departments.
